Q- How much acclimatisation do we need to Climb Damavand ?
A- Before we could talk about this, we need some information about your team and your physical fitness?!
What kind of mountains have you climbed so far?

When was your last successful attempt?
Where and at what elevation above sea level do you live?
Do you have any extra weight?
Do you have any kind of sickness?
What is your age?
Do you have any daily/weekly training?
Please give any information which you think might be helpful in this regard.
