Q- we will be carrying BCA DTS avalanche transceivers with us when skiing. Will your guides also have these?
A- Each year we meet different skier from various countries with different equipments, so due to importance and required safety in a Damawand ski tour and to match the transceivers, we usually ask the incoming team to bring a spare set of the transceiver with the same type and brand for their guide.
(Our guides use Mammut , Ortovox transceivers ( and one more brand ).
