Q- Do we need to bring meals equipment: plate, spoon, fork and cup or you going to provide it on Damavand Mountain?
A- These are included in a tour package and we will provide you these equipment, but if you wish you may bring you own cup and spoon.

Q- Are the meals all freshly prepared, even the lunch during the walk or do we get lunch boxes as well?
A- We will support you with fresh hot meal at huts and lunch boxes during the trekking.

Q- How about cooking and food: do we need to bring it all with us or are there restaurants on some base camps?
A- In a private tour, all scheduled meals are included while you are in the huts and during the expedition and while you are trekking, mountain food and lunch box is provided.
